Grow, harvest and eat flowers!
Flowers are loved by one and all. They also serve a number of health benefits such as reducing cholesterol, building immunity, controlling migraines and menstrual cramps. Now add colour and taste to a raw salad or texture to a cooked meal by using a small helping of flowers!
Note – Make sure to wash them properly before use and remove all stems, twigs and leaves attached before consumption.
